Notifications only for users/roles wanting it #17

I have feature request. Can you add notifications only for users/roles who want it? This should look like maybe so, enable Notifications only for role Giveaway Subscriber and maybe if I write !gaSubscribe, then bot should assign this role to me.

It's planned for the v2. The subscribe command is a good idea.
