DApp User Onboarding - Create Detailed Test Plan #104

Part of onboarding new users is asking them to test thoroughly and report bugs and feature requests.

This issue is for creation of a detailed test plan that describes how to test existing functionality and easily report bugs or request features.

I'd like to find a contributor to do this - not the best use of my strengths and falling more into an area of weakness! Could be we just put it on hold for now if it is not a priority, but I'm hearing a need for it from the user base.

As far as issue reporting - supporting the user is concerned. I am not a big fan of training wheel solutions (the UI should be so good as to leave almost no room for error/confusion) - we could integrate a chatbox solution - I am of the opinion that we need to do this sooner or later anyway. We can take turns answering the chat or decentralize it somehow between us.

I think that's an awesome proposal.. esp. if it interacts with the revised wiki, and has a bug reporting interface. Is that too complex?
