Wiki update for Social Coding #109

Page can (and hopefully will) live under socialcoding.giveth.io -- hopefully we can keep for sure the top nav aligned for boths sites.

Please note that there is a current website for socialcoding we set up together with @YalorMewn in summer:

I can help set up something cooler though if you guys want! Also I recommend figma for prototyping instead of google docs.

I've started a new conversation with Josh on the Social Coding Wiki - which is where I think we'll keep the deeper Social Coding information for now.
