Part 1 has been turned in for final edits and then will be shared with other stakeholders soon enough. Part 2 drafting will start while stakeholders are reviewing part 1.

@Pol-Lanski and I have finished part 1 and will be sharing it for further feedback ASAP, just finalizing now.

Part 2 will be submitted for final edits soon then marked as "written" and be prepared for sharing.

I am finishing up Part 2 and then will ping @krrisis and @Danibelle for another round of reviews. In the meantime, @Danibelle has been kind enough to take on the abstract portion and once I pass section 2 back for more comments I will move on to completing the 3rd and final section
