If @parkwil89 can attend all of the meetings - lead would best be in every single grant call Is there already funding in the campaign? if not @GriffGreen can send this

Grant's Campaign now has some funding and has officially submitted first proposal and identified two more for submission which are in progress:

@parkwil89 will work on an overview (through github issues or later another way if not helpful) to have & give overview of grants status and funds location

Still a work in progress that will continue to evolve but this document should provide transparency and also act as a tracker for myself and any other interested parties.

Update: GSC has just finished it's first set of "external" proposals. EF/ECF submissions for EthKan
