Griff: "they said that it will take time cause they are finishing up the set up of their foundation still... and they cant do big txs until that is finished...we d can get started as a draft and we can start mulling around with it"

Griff: "GTC wants to have a token swap call (they call them mutual grants) every Friday at 9:30am Costa Rica/Denver time...i will see if i can add some people to the call"

Next steps: Draft proposal in Giveth forum, get added to GTC call.

They may not want a pool but instead just hold the token
- We should consider putting our tokens in a pool and letting them just hold their GIV
Snapshot votes get ratified via Tally (similar to ENS, uniswap, etc.)

Let's brainstorm (question from GTC): how to manage an economic + governance relationship vs. a just-governance relationship?

Griff on call with GTC next Friday, discussion around cap of GTC ammount (e.g. 1.5M USD eqv. or up to 500k GTC tokens). If GTC drops in price, this deal would be less $-value.

No major progress - they are focusing on radical so this is on hold. (Paused for two weeks)

Support needed. We need a point person. This will bring important Mainnet liquidity. We will do liquidity on our side, GTC will likely hodl. Freiheit & chadfi to tag team (80/20).

GTC stopped token swaps but Giveth may be able to manage their swaps/grants (thru GenMagic, stewards etc) - this needs to be fleshed out in a forum post.
