track vouches made by Giveth Verifiers

on the analytics dashboard we should create a new section called "Verification" here we will count the amount the total amount of vouches made by Giveth Verifiers on ALL projects on Giveth between two dates.

We should be able to count how many of that number left comments represented as a percentage of the total.

Additionally, if possible to show a bar graph table that contains the amount of vouches made on each month within the given range.

AC

[x] new tab section on stats page called "Verification"
[x] can query count of Giveth Verifiers who have vouched (not flagged) on Giveth projects
[x] query takes in two date ranges
[x] query result shows accurate numbers
[x] has toggle to show how many left comments with their vouch
[x] show vertical bar graph of how many vouches were made on each month inside of the date range

Thanks @MohammadPCh this looks good! I would like to change the functionality of the pie chart you've added - to show the total eligible vouches (done only by Giveth Verifiers ONLY to Giveth projects) what was the percentage based distribution according to address of the attestor

for now we can make a release for this feature to production of analytics dashboard
