Improve table views #2471

  1. Improve tables view
  2. Shorten addresses in (My Delegations, My Donations, profile view tables)
  3. Center the pagination with the table (My Delegations, My Donations, profile view tables)
  4. Make responsive better (Manage menu, My Delegations pagination, My Donations pagination, profile view table paginations)
