Change "Campaign" to "Project" everywhere #2522

Hey team, we discussed this in out last comms call and we'd like to change the name "Campaign" to "Projects" so we can be consistent on both TRACE and io and not confuse people. Can we make this happen in the near future? @aminlatifi @MoeNick
