I have decided to implement this to have an integrated upload service in Giveth

[ ] Implement image upload tracking service on impact-graph https://github.com/Giveth/impact-graph/issues/383
[ ] Provide an endpoint in impact-graph to allow feathers to upload images with authentication
[ ] Implement upload service in feathersjs
[ ] Change Giveth Trace front end to not upload directly and upload via backend (feathers)
[ ] Change ipfs.giveth.io to be as an backup to pinata service and block any IP to access it except our servers and vpns (Devops)
