As trace is sunsetting, we must make the frontend and backend ready for it. Ont the frontend:

[ ] Disable any donate button
[ ] Disable any create campaign/trace/community button
[ ] Put a banner (with information modal maybe) to the visitors it's archived @mosaeedi
