SDG donations pilot

This is still on discussion with Bryan from SDG - I figured the best way to start our exploration here is to allow donors to give to our own Giveth Project, after we resolve all questions we can start expanding to all other project owners that fit the requirements from the SDG.

A very basic flow for us would be

• [x] Create our SDG project (if it doesn't exist already)
• [x] Integrate payment plugin to the project's donation page
• [ ] Track fiat donations on backend and differentiate from crypto ones

After we understand the complete flow for us, we should focus on allowing other projects to have an SDG fund or use ours to receive fiat, a future (and more complex) flow would be

• [ ] Create an SDG project for any project that requests fiat payments and meets the conditions*
• [ ] Track all fiat donations to the SDG main/source account
• [ ] Disburse to project's account after all conditions* are met

*conditions are business logic and still not very clear

Particularly for the giveth project we'll show an extra button for donor box like this:

After the botton is clicked we'll load the widget from them

Besides making it prettier, we should give a notice to the donor that this donation will take some time to appear on the user's donations (not sure about how long, we are still working to sync both sdg's and our own database)
