Giveth TRACE is over - splashpage

We need a splashpage on the trace.giveth.io since it has been deprecated.

It should say something simple like:

"Giveth TRACE has been deprecated." and a button "Go to giveth.io"

We need a quick design for this - nothing complicated, just simply & pretty.

And disable modification buttons

That's an idea. Just a point, this splash is created by design system components. @RamRamez, @MohammadPCh do you think we can easily use that in Trace?

We can add styled-components and UI design system libraries to Trace. Since we are not using giveth Trace anymore, making it a little bit heavier by installing two packages is not important. BTW, I can do it with the Giveth design system or without it.

• [x] implement a splash page, so that when the user goes to trace.giveth.io, they just see this
  • [x] "Go to Giveth.io" links to https://giveth.io/ (of course)

• [x] if they close the splashpage, they can see the dapp, but we change the banner text. It should say "Giveth TRACE has been deprecated. Go to giveth.io to explore public goods projects.
  • [x] we should remove the little gas tank icon
  • [x] & giveth.io should also link to the dapp.
