Build a way for projects to email their donor base

In past gitcoin rounds, it was possibel for projects to send a personalized email that would go to their past donors. Projects are requesting that as well in our rounds!

Would be amazing to build either:

• A way for them to message donors via email through our UI (project owner view project single page)
• A way for them to export donor wallet addresses, donations size, time of donation & donor email (in a .csv maybe?) from our UI

We'd need to consider if emails should be shared with project owners and if that goes against our privacy policy or anything. And ofc, we need to consider if we want to put effort into building this feature... but if came from our user feedback forms & I like the idea... this would really make it easier for projects to use donation information to strategize to get more donations - ultimately helping them & helping us get more donations on the platform!

I don't know if giving projects the contact info of donors is a great idea - I think it would open up possibilities of donors getting spammed with emails they didn't explicitly sign up for

I think through the UI or something that protects the info of donors is cool, we should also consider some sort of limit to prevent projects from abusing this.
