Update QF round banner for the GIV-Earth round

We are approaching the start of the GIV-Earth QF round and need to update the banner for the QF round page at https://giveth.io/qf.

@jainkrati @CarlosQ96 tagging you both as I'm not sure who this issue should go to, can you please assign it and I will provide an update here as soon as the banner is ready to add to the site?
