Round 69 QF Sponsor Donations and GIVbacks

Hey @mohammadranjbarz ... here is the list of donation data that needs to be added to distribute sponsor GIVbacks for R69. Remember that these GIVbacks should be on OP.

@mohammadranjbarz - no... this is a donation that MUX made to sponsor a QF round.

They made the donation directly so we need to add the donation into the db and ensure that they receive GIVbacks at the OP address provided. Similar to this issue: https://github.com/Giveth/giveth-dapps-v2/issues/4399
