(Email) Notifications #601

Two main purposes:

User registration and communication between Giveth and the user
Newsletter & marketing initiatives

Furthermore we usually want to trigger notifications when sending an email:

project created
project receives donation
projects needs attention by creator (flag)
project is threatened with deletion (flag)

Implementation

create events (wrap segment inside the event)
hoop up incoming segment events to destiations (autopilot for email)

I think you should decide how and what we implement - especially stuff like this.
