Add new ERC20 tokens #193

the xNODE and NODE image is showing up funny - the image is just badly formatted I think - I pulled this one from their app front-end https://app.dappnode.io/assets/dn-logo.svg

Also a nice one for CRV https://xdai.curve.fi/logos/logo_optimized-xdai.svg with their corresponding token contract on xDAI - 0x1337BedC9D22ecbe766dF105c9623922A27963EC

I also don't see the token for MetaGame - is it on xDai or mainnet?

I added these new icons in PR #249

I couldn't add SVG format, because all icons should be in the same format, so I converted them to PNG with Photoshop

I also added CRV to XDai chain token list

The MetaGame token is "Seed". I also updated its icon on our App.

testing next.giveth.io all the pictures show up well on the UI and I can see CRV has been added to xDAI, nice work!
