Responsiveness wont work for mobile size view #582

when I use my mobile, I can't see the menu and I couldn't see responsive default version. Also there is a white space at the top.

I talked to @mosaeedi for having a guideline for showing the menu less than 500.

mobile design looks good aesthetically -

however as I've mentioned in other issues the navbar drop-down menu becomes unresponsive after navigating away from the home page (to the projects page for example) - the issue is only resolved on a fresh page load.
