It's not related with Firefox, I tried it out there and it works.

@GriffGreen can you ask him to do it again, I see the screenshot is from 31st of Dec and I think we solved that issue after that date

I can't... he is too famous for me... I made a support request showing the same error and shared a screen shot in that support request (on the 10th at 345pm costa rica time)
