A project named positiveBlockchain is duplicated. #630

I noticed also that one project has 2 URLs.. but is the same project. maybe these things are related? https://giveth.io/project/typhoon-rai-relief-and-recovery-fund-for-the-philippines

@WhyldWanderer for positive blockchain, they made two projects and one of them should get deleted if you have any contact from them appreciate you can go ahead with this process.

@WhyldWanderer for typhoon rai relief, we made it possible, if the users change the title, they still could use the old URLs. so it's a feature and I don't think it causes a problem. Moving it to UA to test again and make sure we don't have any problem especially on auto-pilot emails.
