FORM: Bug/Issue #653

Please describe the issue or bug you are experiencing: Hi there, on our project page, we have received 17 donations totalling just over $2k. In our wallet (Metamask), there is nothing, and then when you click Project Address and go to the etherscan.io page, it only shows two ETH donations totalling $33. Where is the rest? We don't actually want to withdraw those funds, but rather want to build up our crypto reserves, but I at least need to know where/how to access those funds. https://giveth.io/project/gwf-giving-tuesday-2021 thanks, Gemma (gemma@goodworkfoundation.org) image

I think this user is only looking at mainnet donations... I will reach out to the email to explain how to check wallet balance on the xDai network... my guess is that they haven't configured their metamask for xDai yet.

this issue was resolved in info@giveth.io email.

User did not have MetaMask configured for xDai.
