Unable to open Torus wallet on the Giveth sign in

I am unable to open the Torus wallet on the Giveth sign-in with an intention to give to project. See error message below. I've opened an issue with Torus and they said there isn't a problem with their side and I was able to access the wallet from app.torus. This may be a Giveth issue?

Do I need an Ellipal wallet? which I don’t have. I have a ledger which is also a problem when I try open with Giveth on a different issue. Thanks! Melody
