Tyepform/system for flagging projects #1731

As per the stewards call, we should create some system where users can report suspicous/malicious projects. Some thoughts:

I'm also not sure where this form should go to be accessed. maybe we can add it to the dapp where we have the "report and issue" section, and perhaps in the ToC?

would love feedback from @WhyldWanderer on this.

Couldn't we use one of the 4 forms that we have already auto-populating in Discord? Maybe we change the language on one of them to include the option of reporting violations of T&C?

I think the 'ask us a question' form would be the best one to adapt as the project curation team oversees these responses and could get eyes on the project right away. This form auto-populates to the #support-internal channel in Discord.

I would love to see a way that users could flag a project or update directly on the project page. It seems like it would be pretty simple to set something up in adminbro.

Also.. for reference, the forms react as follows

Ask us a question - populates in #support-internal channel on Discord Report an issue - creates an issue in the v2 repo with the 'bug' label Leave feedback - populates in the #feedback channel on Discord Request a new feature - create an issue in the v2 repo with the 'Feature Request' label

Reusing one of the existing forms is a cool idea - we have a limit on our zapier integration on how many typeforms we can make that link form results to a discord channel

Also @divine-comedian you mentioned we could include a Flag a project button on projects pages on the dApp?

From @mosaeedi -

We had this Report an issue link down here in some design revisions. I think it's okay to use it.

should I move this to Notion? Or will be part of the Devs board @divine-comedian?
