Iteration and Documentation of Giveth Decisionmaking #11

Individual, small and medium scale decisionmaking for agents of distributed communities is a topic we have explored practically for 2 years and continue(d) to improve on the process.

Our current documentation is lacking in content and structure, additionally the topic of "Governance documentation" was marked as a role to be improved in past role meetings.

A proposed next goal is to fine-tune our decision-making framework, improving our documentation and prepare it as a demo chapter for the Unicorn Blueprint (aka "The DAC Handbook") by:
