Create Work in Progress limits and agree on a format for adding items to our pipeline of doing things #6

Let's work with GitHub Issues and ZenHub. Don't think WIP limit is needed? Better task self-assignment and really working in this repo is definitely needed tho (I mean myself here)

  1. Self-assignment to issues is encouraged
  2. Assignees should move stuff between pipelines
  3. If you move something to "In Progress" work on it (or move it back again)
  4. Try to complete and then move them to "Done"
  5. When making issues:
    • don't stick to the "one-line" Kanban rules
    • rather make descriptive titles
    • meaningful descriptions - for ideas and improvements links and other media are nice
  6. It is ok to edit your comments, by scratching out irrelevant text and adding new stuff!
