Stretch: Rewards Countdown - Regen Farms #175

note: remove from scope if this is too complicated

As a user, I want to be able to see when rewards will begin and stake tokens prior to rewards commencing.

  1. If a card is added before the reward start date, users can see a countdown in Hours, Minutes, and Seconds of win the rewards will begin (ie. 32H 17M 59S)
  2. When rewards are live, the countdown is replaced with the APR
