Transaction history #8

Add component to show history of transaction. The user should be able to get at minimum following information:

link to etherscan
status of the transaction
transaction address

adding a link to view their account could be on there somewhere... but as i mentioned in https://github.com/Giveth/milestonetracker-ui/issues/7 this should happen every time there is an action. at least this is the standard operating procedure for apps right now.

I'll add transactions status in the JSON state..
