The dapp still can't create milestones that will take money out of a vault.
The pay data seems to be not interrupting data correctly... the amount of ETH and the time delay might be switched in the encoding?
Payment Recipient and Earliest Payment Time are not being displayed?

Also the title is not being decoded...? It saves fine before it is proposed but after it is proposed the title is lost.
