Dont send notifications twice for users #17

Now in these cases we send two notifications for users :

User donated to project and liked that
USer owned a project and liked that

And we should do this

[x] Consider sending owning project and ignore that user liked that
[x] Consider sending liked project and ignore donate when
[x] If user just match with one condition we don't need to change anything
