change copy of notification when a project loses its rank #58

          I think it is better to display a different notification when a project loses its entire GIVPower and its rank changes from "20" to "--", for example.

@MoeNick suggested this copy "Your project lost its rank." Can we apply these changes? @mohammadranjbarz
