Hide "group audience" field from a muni editor user [4h] #271

When a user is defined as a "muni editor", meaning, has permissions only in a specific muni (domain) site- they should be able to see, nor choose, other municipalities on any admin view for:

  1. nodes
  2. taxonomies
  3. users/roles management
