Add an edit link next to the content in panel view [8h]

For role with edit permission: when panel page is display (i.e home page, Topic page, etc.), show edit link next to every node title, that leads directly to the edit node page.

@noamoss Please add this to the discussion as well, I need to know where to add those links more or less and hor should they look.

Because sometimes the blocks are really packed.
