first Hebrew translations backup #561

@noamoss I don't think it's a good idea to add the translations in the code but maybe I'm wrong.

@amitaibu What do you think?

Yeah, I don't think it's really needed (since you can backup the sites on Panthoen or translate directly on the live once its frozen).

A bit confused here.

I started by adding this wiki entry, which is easiest for me during the development process.

I though @amitaibu meant I should push it to the code: image

Backing up with pantheon does not seem to me to be a very practical solution in case of a need, but I don't mind keep working with the drive.

I did. But then, @nedSaf correctly pointed out neither are needed.
