@amitaibu I opened a 8.x branch, as I guess we do not want to merge this into master, we should protect it via the GH Settings page, to behave as the master. Or alternatively, we open a 7.x branch and merge this one into the master, possibly this second option is even better.

@amitaibu Okay, thanks, I update this with the recent developments on our base project and I am going to merge it then.
