The site could not be fully updated at Pantheon at qa. Try fixing manually.

@amitaibu It's an issue at several projects, a regression of the deploy failure notification. https://travis-ci.community/t/the-travis-job-terminated-successfully-but-after-failure-is-called/13727

It is not yet resolved, it's a Travis-side issue. I am going to cleanup this from all the repositories for now, as it produces spam and generate noise in everyone's inbox.
