New members' photo #138

Hello, I've just noticed that all newly created members have a funny profile image - just a placeholder I assume. It is possible to bulk update that with the default profile image of a capacity4dev member (i.e. the little grey hand, as shown here: http://capacity4dev.ec.europa.eu/people/detail/pherzig)? Or is this something that will be fixed once the migration is finalized?

Just asking as I need to give the Units in the EC access to pantheon so that they can also have a look at how it's going...

@solker can you please upload just that image to Panteon, so it won't look broken

@amitaibu @Katya-cap4dev I have upload two hands to the pantheon. One for a profile picture (big) and another one for a group membership profile (small).
