Same tag appears multiple times in a group's tag cloud #157

See the tag cloud here: http://dev-c4d.pantheon.io/euwi-eastern-europe-caucasus-central-asia/documents?page=2. The tag "Workprogramme" appears 5 times, each time with 1 document referenced, i.e:

"Workprogramme (1), Workprogramme (1), Workprogramme (1), Workprogramme (1), Workprogramme (1)"...

Shouldn't it only appear once in the tag cloud, with 5 documents referenced, i.e. "Workprogramme (5)"?

Fixed. Now each tag have only one instance. tags_multiple
