Example 2: http://euei.net/users/arpedac.html --> http://dev-c4d.pantheon.io/people/detail/arpedac (update: nevermind this one - it seems he has another photo already on capacity4dev)

@YuriGizra Please put avatars in pictures folder under specified site. Also put path to image in _gizra_user table picture_path column. Should be like _gizra_user.picture_path = 'export_data/files/euei/pictures/picture-326.jpg'

@Katya-cap4dev Some users still not have images. Will be updated in next release.
