create static pages for the floating menu #80

I dont know how to create such pages so that they would fix the migrate workflow. the content is very simple. just post the html here?

could not push to branch 80 (error: The requested URL returned error: 403 while accessing https://github.com/Gizra/kaveret7.git/info/refs fatal: HTTP request failed)

this is marked "resolved in dev" but the links all seem to lead to the homepage
