No way to notify online users? #79

Do you have anything to show these notifications on site itslef, like in pop-ups? I really expected to see this implemented alreay (like by default) and was surprised to not find it. In the Notifier dir I see:

Email.php
Manager.php
MessageNotifierBase.php
MessageNotifierInterface.php
Sms.php

and only two of them - Email and Sms - are actually children of the MessageNotifierBase class.
