Add Futurice blog Elm tag feed #31

@amitaibu As per your request, here's a feed that includes the Elm in the real world How Elm made our work better article.

I'm having some difficulties importing the feeds. It seems RSS passes validation, but it's spitting an SQL error from Drupal's side.

I'll update once I find the cause of problem, and the solution :)

Update: It might be that twitter chars are causing the error, and we'll need to change the DB to support it character_set_server= utf8mb4

Update: I've confirmed the problem is indeed with the Tweet's special chars. Working on a solution.. :)

btw, until we fix the issue (hopefully beginning of next week I'll have time to dive in) - I've already added Futurice, so it will be already listed there, and the 1st and future posts visible
