Format code blocks in code #37

Hi there! Thanks for making this happen!

I noticed that blog posts with code snippets don't preserve those pre-formatted code blocks when pulled into planet-elm. This makes them super long to scroll past and useless for reading. It seems like it'd be good to either preserve the pre-formatting, or change the format of planet elm to be more of a hacker-news style list of links with blurbs.

We're taking a naive approach and show the post as it was sent to the RSS feed. For Planet Drupal It works nicely most of the time.

People should probably trim long posts, and make sure code is properly wrapped with <code></code> . I think that once Planet Elm will get more attention, authors will also pay more attention.
