Que new recordings as next-on-cycle #159

We want users to get instant feedback on their contribution by seeing their marker appear on the screen right after they've created it. Ideally it would add the new recording and then continue to the next on line, but if this logic is too complicated to get ready for the launch I would settle for restarting the whole cycle as soon as a new recording is added, just as a temporary solution.

@mushon that's not a trivial change - if we want to have real time events we need to go with Socket.io. It's a 3 -4 days work to wire everything in, and make sure nothing breaks. I don't believe it would be possible for the launch.

what I would ask though is for the app to take you to the new marker after the confirmation screen. I think there's already a ticket for that.
