Example:

Per playing area: 3 water refs, 2 subs 2 deck refs, 1 sub Total: 8 Referees

• Can perhaps limit to 6 refs if we cycle between water and deck (Water, Water, Water, Deck, Deck, Break, repeat)

Costs: Flight: $3200 - [variable ($400/ref)] Hotel: $800 for 2 days, $1200 for 3 days - [2 per room ($100/night)] Stipend: $800 for 2 days, $1200 for 3 days Flat rate, $50/ref/day - [maybe varies depending on ref level] Game based, $5/game - [again, maybe vary by ref level, or game level]

• stipend will help motivate dedicated refs ** requirement should be to find the refs, but not all clubs would have to provide refs. If there are multiple people willing to ref from 1 club, that should be OK as the refs are getting paid.

Total: $4800/ playing area with 8 refs for 2 days, $5600/ playing area with 8 refs for 3 days
