a) (DONE) Voting member needs to be made required. b) Page to update same fields. Page should hang off of each team. Team address should be private, rest is public. Only Team admin or web masters can modify this.

Here are some thoughts Create a new team info update survey (registration) that requires only signed in users Registration comes to webmaster, webmaster then validates the information

Information update: Create two pages - one visible only to select USOA members, other visible to any signed in user Display the information as a table - table data can be exported out as xls/csv and imported in from xls/csv. This makes it easier to manage and update.
I strongly disagree with the idea of registration info per team page. Accessing this information in bulk would be difficult. We should solve for the rule and not the exception. Teach UWH committee members where to look for information (we can provide relative links from UWH/UWR pages to the USOA content area

validation issues: Since any signed member can submit the form, how do you validate that its not a malicious attempt. Someone must call / email back the existing team contact to validate the changes That's really the biggest concern.
