[x] Implementation of HB-Store Tab and API.
[x] Download Homebrew directly to PC
[x] Install HB App directly to ps4

New Implementation is on progress. Got Categories and Filtering working correctly.
Need to fix the direct Install issue with RPI, but downloading and installing though the app works as regular.
