Droid X touch screen issues

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Running a game that uses a mouse.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The touch screen should be able to move the mouse anywhere on the screen.  It 
partially works, but seems to only move the mouse around above the transparent 
arrows and the transparent number keys.  It seems to only move on the top part 
of the screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using Android 2.2.1 on a Droid X phone.

Please provide any additional information below.
The game starts up fine and the transparent keys seem to work okay.  The big 
problem is with movement of the mouse.  It is inconsistent and will not move 
over the whole screen.

Thanks for the effort and I will do some other tests with my phone.
