2 months ago I used to have this problem too, but it magically solved itself when I tried to alter the local body in the Fashion Sense mod. I don't know because I changed the shirt or the pants, but it made the bikini disappeared. For alternative solution, you can try to delete all the bath clothes code in the mod to make it look natural.
Somehow the original outfit in the game will always be overridden on the body, when I use other outfit mods it will temporarily cover it, but when I use bath clothes it won't work, original outfit will override the bath clothes. I tried everything but it didn't work.
