Getting Started For Beginners #146

Added a way for people just starting to get into open source coding to be able to easily view and make changes. and added a link to the Reddit page.

@riggja Hello. Thank you for this nice PR. ## Getting Started For Beginners is out of the scope of our readme but we have a contribution guide.

You can make another PR with the Reddit link change though. Make sure to not insert white space at the end of lines in the document.
